Pakistan won the second Test innings against Zimbabwe to secure the series


 

Pakistan needed a wicket on Monday to win the second innings against Zimbabwe in the second Test and to win the 2–0 series.

 

It ended in just five overs from 4 overs for Shaheen Shah Afridi, with Luke Jongwe getting wicketkeeper Mohammad Rizwan caught for 37 runs.

Pakistan won by an innings and 147 runs at Harare Sports Club and won by 116 runs in the first Test at the same venue.

The bowler then went to work and was also effective, with Hasan Ali scoring 5-27 from 13 overs as Pakistan bowled Zimbabwe out for 132 in their first innings and gave the home team a follow-on.

Zimbabwe were dismissed and scored 200 runs only once in their four innings in the series.

Pakistan also won the ODI and Twenty20 series in South Africa in their tour of South Africa and a T20 series in Zimbabwe.
