At least 12 people were killed when a passenger bus fell into a ditch in Hassan Abdal

 



Hassan Abdal: A speeding bus fell into a ditch in Hassan Abdal, killing 12 people including a woman and a child and injuring more than 35. The accident took place when the bus fell into a ditch while rescuing a car near Burhan Interchange.

A passenger bus heading to Mardan from Lahore fell into a deep gorge due to high speed while rescuing a car on the motorway near Burhan Interchange.
Upon receiving the information, highway police and rescue agencies rushed to the scene and took the injured and killed on the ill-fated bus to THQ Hassan Abdal.

According to initial reports, 12 people, including a 5-month-old baby and a woman, died in the accident, while several others were rushed to Rawalpindi in critical condition.




According to hospital sources, the condition of more than 35 wounded is also critical. The deceased were identified as Ashfaq Ali, resident of Mardan, Sulaiman, resident of Mardan, Waqas, resident of Mardan, Kamran, Sakabi, Muhammad Rauf, resident of Swabi, Hamida, 32, resident of Mardan. Khadija, 5 months old, residing in Swabi, Haroon, residing in Charsadda. The process of identifying the three dead is underway.
